Where to send your Will and
Estate Planning Documents

When completing your estate planning documents, it’s normal for some paperwork to need sending to different addresses.

We’ll support you throughout the process, but certain documents must be returned directly to specific locations. This page has been created to help you quickly and confidently find the correct address for each document, so everything is handled correctly.

Will Storage

If you have paid to store your Will with us, please send your correctly signed Will in the prepaid envelope to the following address:

Once received, your Will is placed into secure storage and you will receive a storage certificate. If you wish for your Will to be returned. Please contact us by email - [email protected]

Lasting Power of Attorney

All Lasting Power of Attorney documents must be sent to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) for registration.

  • Property & Financial Affairs LPAs
  • Health & Welfare LPAs

Please note: A payment of £92 per document must be paid directly to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), we can’t facilitate any payment for this and we cannot forward on documents.
