All LPAs must be sent directly to the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) for registration.

We offer a service to store your Will in a flood and fire proof vault, it is also registered with the National Will Register to make it easier for your loved ones to find.
You can also store your Will yourself at home, but make sure it is stored in suitable conditions and your family or executors know where to find it.
The Office of the Public Guardian typically takes 8-12 weeks to register an LPA once received.
